Environmental management system transition

What is this course about?

This course focuses on the 2015 revision of the ISO 14001 standard.  It will empower Environmental Management System (EMS) practitioners and auditors to understand the requirements thereof. This will allow organisations to transition their current EMSs to conform to ISO 14001: 2015. It will also skill EMS auditors to audit against ISO 14001: 2015.

Some of the key characteristics of this course are:

  • A pragmatic and simple approach to explain the requirements of the standard and the links between the elements of management systems;
  • Practical advice, with value-adding resource kits that explain best practice techniques; and
  • An interactive panel discussion for every new clause to address challenges, clear potential misperceptions and explore solutions on how to effect the transition to ISO 14001:2015.

Is this course for you?

If you are an EMS practitioner or auditor who wishes to understand the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, this course is for you.
