What is this course about?

This course is designed to provide delegates with a comprehensive overview of the applicable legislative framework pertaining to environmental law and its practical application to the South African private and public sector as presented by a select group of experts within the field.

Is this course for you?

This course is for the discerning delegate who already has a firm grasp and understanding of the basic environmental law provisions within the South African context. Ideally students would have completed the 3 Day CEM Introduction to Environmental Law course before embarking on this master class.
